Meet Joyce
I founded Anchor and Flow Stays to bring together my passions for travel, property, and interior design. After nine years in hospitality and twelve years in financial leadership, I saw an opportunity to create a different kind of leasing experience - one that prioritises how a home is looked after just as much as how it performs.
As a landlord myself, I know the value of a truly hands-off investment, where the property is kept in better condition than when it was acquired. My background as a business owner and corporate leader provides the foundation for a partnership built on consistency and results, while my years in hospitality ensure your home is thoughtfully kept and beautifully tended.
